Arrive from 3pm and let the festivities begin with a warm welcome and a traditional cream tea in one of our cosy lounges as you settle in for your festive retreat.

As evening falls, sip Champagne and savour delectable canapés before a spectacular Michelin-starred dinner at Bybrook, complete with expertly paired wines and live music.

End the night with a magical stroll to the village church for a midnight service. A warming return awaits with hot chocolate and mince pies by the fire, before a restful night’s sleep.

Wake up to a leisurely breakfast and perhaps enjoy opening a present or two in your room, or your favourite nook in our historic house.

A Champagne reception sets the scene for a spectacular Christmas lunch at Bybrook, featuring all the trimmings, plenty of crackers, and the angelic melodies of our harpist.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy. Breathe in the crisp country air, heading out with our walking maps in hand and exploring our enchanting grounds. Or perhaps you’d rather settle in to watch the King’s Speech in the cosy conservatory.

As evening falls, a festive buffet awaits, followed by the perfect ending: a glass of your favourite tipple by the fire, maybe with a good book or a game or two of chess.

Another delicious breakfast starts your day, and if you're feeling like a lie-in, have it delivered to your door for a little extra relaxation.

Spend the morning at your leisure, whether unwinding in the Drawing Room, playing a board game, or trying your hand at laser clay pigeon shooting. If tummies start rumbling, savour a bite in the cosy lounges or take a short stroll to The Castle Inn for a pub lunch.

As evening falls, enjoy a gin cocktail and canapés before indulging in a festive dinner, perfectly paired with wines handpicked by our Sommelier and live music once again.

After a relaxed breakfast, guests on the three-night stay will check out. For those extending their stay to four nights, there’s plenty more to enjoy. Whether it’s a round of golf at our Cotswolds course, a visit to the historic city of Bath just 30 minutes away, or simply relaxing with a delightful afternoon tea.

Spend your final evening enjoying a leisurely dinner at your own pace, taking time to reflect on the unforgettable memories created at The Manor House.

Then on Sunday, have one last indulgent breakfast before checking out and bidding farewell to The Manor House - until the next time.

All prices include all meals, beverages, and entertainment as detailed.  Prices are based on double occupancy. Children's prices and single occupancy prices are available on request.

All bookings are subject to availability and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit for each room booked.  The remaining balance, including additional services is required by 1st December 2025.  Bookings made after this date are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

All dietary requirements must be advised at the time of itinerary completion.
