Trouble falling or staying asleep? This nurturing holistic ritual is designed to promote the kind of deep, effortless relaxation that leads to profound slumber.
Gently warmed [comfort zone] Tranquillity Oil is brushed and gently massaged onto the body with light strokes. The goal is to stimulate your sense of smell, touch and hearing to utterly de-stress the body.
The use of warm towels and essential oils makes you feel unimaginably comfortable. And please, if you feel yourself drifting off, just let it happen.
Treatment includes bespoke aftercare and a chance to unwind with herbal teas in our relaxation lounge.
60 minute treatment
Each treatment time includes your consultation and bespoke after care. Treatments are subject to 13.5% service charge, unless part of a spa day or spa break package. Treatments are for ages 16+. If aged 16 or 17 an adult chaperone must present. All treatments are subject to availability.
