This nurturing holistic ritual is exclusive to this spa break and  is the perfect way to promote a deep state of relaxation.  It starts with a full body exfoliation using the Tranquillity sugar crystal body scrub, to buff, smooth and awaken tired skin. Warm oil is then brushed and gently massaged onto the body with light, rhythmic movements using Comfort Zone's signature Tranquillity Oil. The technique works by stimulating the three most important sensorial pathways in the body: olfactive, using a blend of cedar wood and sweet orange essential oils to ease the mind; tactile, using a soft brush to apply light pressure to the skin and activate sensorial receptors that help the body de-stress; and hearing, using bespoke music to encourage rest. The placement of warm towels and the use of the essential oils will allow you to drift off and encourage a restful night’s sleep.
