The Spa
Utter luxury on demand
South Lodge spa is a haven of soothing heat and revitalising cold; of pools and tubs and sumptuous loungers. Members get unlimited access to both the spa and gym, as well as all fitness classes and personal training.
If you want to train hard and unwind in comfort – or maybe skip the training part – there is nowhere more replenishing than the spa at South Lodge.

Complimentary guest passes
Your eight annual guest passes can be used to bring others to South Lodge, or to treat yourself (and a guest, if you like) to either the spa at Pennyhill Park or a round at The Manor House Golf Club.
Members guest rate
All members can choose to bring up to three guests to South Lodge on any visit, with preferential day rates of £65 per adult and £35 per child under 16 years.
These rates are reviewed annually in April. Children must be supervised at all times with a ratio of one adult to two children

Members enjoy discounted rates at all Exclusive Collection properties across the country. Prices include bed and breafast for two.

Exclusive Collection discounts
20% off spa treatments
Enjoy 20% off spa treatments throughout the year, at South Lodge, Pennyhill Park and Ansty Hall. This discount is valid every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, subject to availability. You’ll also get advance access to any other spa treatment promotions throughout the year.

- 10% off all spa retail items
- 10% off all golf retail products, excluding golf clubs
- 10% off Season cookery school retail products, excluding knives
Food and drinks discount
Get 10% off food and drink, for parties of up to eight people, at all Exclusive Collection properties. This includes our restaurants and bars, our golf course and our country pub, The Castle Inn.
Cookery school discount
Get 10% off all classes at SEASON, The Cookery School at Lainston House, for up to eight people.
