Our dedicated fitness team runs 73 classes per week. There’s studio workouts and functional training in the gym, as well as tennis and swimming classes.   

If you want to elevate your fitness in a social, instructor-led setting, you cannot do better than this. Members have unlimited access to classes, so the sky’s the limit.

Use our five-star gym to build strength, muscles or endurance. Whether you’re into heavy compound lifts or annihilating the stair climber, this gym has got you covered.   

There is a huge collection of cardio equipment, free weights, resistance machines and accessories like battle ropes, TRX gear and power plates. If you can think of a piece of equipment, we’ve probably got it.

Itching to put in the hard work and don’t know where to start? Our in-house personal trainers are the solution.
