Themis & Pool View Bar

Fresh, healthy, flavour-packed  

Themis restaurant can be found on entering the spa and is open to adult hotel residents, spa day guests and Pennyhill Park members.  

Start the day with a nutritious and delicious breakfast bowl, eggs any way you like, or even a classic bacon butty. Throughout the day you can also refuel with soups and salads, wraps and rolls, larger plates, puddings and sweet treats. Go healthy or indulgent, absolutely no judgement here.  

The atmosphere at Themis is, unsurprisingly for a spa restaurant, very relaxed. Many of our guests choose to stay in their robes for their meal.   

The Pool View Bar, overlooking the outdoor pool opens in the warmer months for food and drinks, offering cocktails, light lunches and indulgent sweet treats. In the winter, we open an indoor pool bar so drinks can always be on standby.
