Arrive from 2pm and be greeted by the Lainston House team with a warm welcome of roasted chestnuts and mulled wine. Settle into your room and get comfortable in your festive retreat for the next few days. Next, head to The Drawing Room for some delicious cakes and a chance to socialise.

In the evening, enjoy a relaxed and informal outdoor alpine-themed experience hosted in The Wellhouse, complete with delicious food and drinks. Later in the evening, return to the house, sit back with a drink or unwind by the fire.

For those wishing to attend midnight mass, transport is available, along with mulled wine and mince pies as a festive warm up on your return, before heading to bed.

Start your Christmas morning with a delicious breakfast, complemented by a glass of Buck’s Fizz as we finish preparing for the day ahead.

Meet us in The Drawing Room for Champagne and canapés before the big feast. A Christmas lunch, paired with carefully selected wines and live music, awaits you in The Avenue Tom Hamblet.

After such a grand meal, a rest is in order - settle in with a slice of Christmas cake and maybe catch The King’s Speech.

If you’re craving some fresh air, take a stroll through our beautiful grounds to stretch your legs.

As evening approaches, a light buffet will be served to satisfy those lingering cravings. And to round off the evening, join our mixologist for a fun cocktail masterclass in the Cedar Bar, with expert tips to craft your very own festive drink.

Wake up to a hearty breakfast in The Avenue, or if you prefer a more relaxed start, enjoy breakfast delivered straight to your door and savour a slow morning in the comfort ofyour own room.

Choose your adventure for the day - whether it’s a creative workshop to ignite your imagination or a hands-on cookery class at Season, our on-site cookery school, where you’ll receive a masterclass in creating seasonal delights and create something very special.

When lunchtime rolls around and your tummy starts rumbling, a delicious buffet will be served, and you can even create your own picnic box. Take it outside to our beautiful grounds, enjoy it in our cosy lounges or your room, if you’d prefer to stay indoors. After, you’ll have time to freshen up and prepare for the evening’s festivities.

Join us in The Drawing Room for a glass of Champagne and some tasty canapés. The evening will begin with fine dining in The Avenue, followed by live music and dancing in the main house to keep the festive spirit alive.

After a leisurely breakfast, guests on our three-night stay will check out. But those extending their stay to four nights, are in for a real treat.

Enjoy a scenic trip to Black Chalk Vineyard, where you’ll embark on a guided tour of the vineyard followed by a delightful lunch and a wine tasting experience.

Take the afternoon at your own pace before enjoying a dinner at The Wellhouse, where exceptional woodfired flavours await.

On Sunday, after a leisurely breakfast, it’s time to check out and bid farewell to Lainston House, until next time.

All prices include all meals, beverages, and entertainment as detailed.  Prices are based on double occupancy. Children's prices and single occupancy prices are available on request.

All bookings are subject to availability and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit for each room booked.  The remaining balance, including additional services is required by 1st December 2025.  Bookings made after this date are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

All dietary requirements must be advised at the time of itinerary completion.
