Room accessibility
Some parts of our courtyard building are accessible, with one fully accessible room. This has been adapted with a wet room and handrails, and you can request this room when making your booking.

Getting around
For arrival and departure, your car can come straight up to reception before parking. To reach The Energy Zone, several third-floor bedrooms and our Hertford & Ware Suite, there’s a lift next to the Conservatory Bar.
