You’ll visit our kitchen garden to pick fresh rosemary for focaccia, discover top tips on perfecting a classic tiramisu, and learn how to master the art of making pasta from scratch.
Throughout the day, enjoy demonstrations from our expert chefs and pick up top tips. Then, roll up your sleeves and head for your workstation! You’ll try your hand at mixing, kneading, rolling and shaping pasta and pizza dough. And after lots of cooking, there’s lots of eating! Who can resist pizza straight out of the woodfired oven?
It doesn’t matter if you usually get your pasta sauce out of a jar – this class is designed to be engaging, interactive and fun for everyone! We even have a cleaning crew on hand to tackle the dishes. Phew!

In honour of World pasta day, the menu for the class taking place on 25th October will be as follows;
- Focaccia alla Ligure
- Orecchiette with a typical sauce from Puglia
- Tagliatelle with pesto Genovese
- Tortelloni with wild mushroom and white wine sauce
- Large medaglioni alla Florentina with butter and sage
- Tiramisu
