Ready to fire up your dinner party inspiration and bring a sizzling new dimension to your cooking? This is the class for you.
Our talented chefs will guide you through cooking with woodfire, creating some showstopping dishes from our very own woodfired restaurant, The Wellhouse.
You’ll learn how to prepare and light the oven and get to grips with the various quirks of woodfire cooking as well as what to cook in which part of the oven and when.
Woodfired pizzas are just the beginning. This class can seriously round out your flavour repertoire, with scallops, oysters and tiger prawns all on the menu. There will also be an opportunity to visit our kitchen garden to select seasonal veggies and herbs for creating the freshest dishes.
You don’t need to have mastered any special skills to enjoy this class. It’s designed to be relaxed, fun, informative and interactive, so everyone can build their culinary confidence. We’ll even take care of the washing up!
