Campfire cooking like no other! Join us in the Kitchen Garden at Lainston House and learn all about fire pit cooking. The most beautiful backdrop for wilderness cooking!
Our experts will begin with teaching you the fundamentals of pit management as well as creating multiple cooking zones, the importance of using good quality wood and how to get the most out of the equipment.
This follows with our chef tutor sharing their expertise in creating the most mouth-watering selection of dishes including; trout, chicken curry and tomahawk steaks along with all the accompaniments. We'll end the day with a sweet treat made on the fire pit.. after all, there's always room for dessert!
This class is sure to leave you with a full belly and a queue of neighbours at the garden gate wanting a taste.
