Do you always skip directly to the desserts section when you’re browsing a menu? This is the class is for you!

This dessert-focused day will be a sure-fire treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. Look forward to demonstrations and insider know-how from one of our talented chefs. You’ll learn top tips and techniques, recreate puddings in your shared workstation and the best bit of all: tasting! 

You’ll be greeted on the day with a hot drink and a pastry, with a chance to meet your fellow classmates for a chat before proceeding to the classroom. There, you’ll make no fewer than five delicious desserts. 

Sharing a workstation with another classmate, you’ll work through preparing and cooking a range of culinary crowd-pleasers including sticky toffee pudding, crème brûlée and Swiss roll. And not to worry, when it all gets a bit too sweet, we’ll be dishing out something savoury for lunch. 

There’s no need to be a kitchen whizz here. This is a relaxed, fun and interactive class suited to all abilities. We’ll even have cleaning maestros on hand to prep your workstation for the next pud. Yum!
