Barbecue Masterclass: Smokehouse
No smoke without fire...
There’s nothing quite like the richness and depth of flavour that smoking can bring to your cooking.
Under the guidance of our expert chef, you’ll learn all the techniques that go into beautifully smoked dishes. Select fresh, seasonal veggies, discover how to prepare and light your barbecue, how different-sized wood chips can impact the flavour of your dishes and how to master different smoking techniques.
By the end of the day, you’ll have produced a variety of succulent, flavour-packed foods, including flowerpot beer chicken, loaded potato skins and baby back ribs.
You don’t need to be a pro or bring any special skills to the table to produce wonderful results. This is a relaxed and fun class designed to suit all ability levels. We’ll even sort out the clean-up between dishes, so you can focus on cooking (and tasting!) your smoky creations.
