Feed your senses at our feel-good spa restaurant
Our dairy-free, zero-waste restaurant offers a Mediterranean-inspired menu with a plenty of plant-based dishes to choose from as well as meat and fish options for our carnivorous guests. Head chef Jonathan Spiers has compiled his dishes using the South Downs as his personal larder.
As our spa restaurant, Botanica has a warm, relaxed atmosphere. You’re more than welcome to eat in your robes until the dinner service at 5.45pm.
Opening Times
Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5.30pm
Friday to Sunday – 8am to 8.30pm
Brunch menu: 8am to 11.30am
All day dining menu: midday onwards
Dinner menu: Friday to Sunday 6pm onwards (last seating 8.15pm)
From June 1st until September 15th, the dinner menu is available every day of the week.
