Feed your senses at our feel-good spa restaurant

Our dairy-free, zero-waste restaurant offers a Mediterranean-inspired menu with a plenty of plant-based dishes to choose from – as well as meat and fish options for our carnivorous guests. Famous for the unbelievably tasty meat-free Wasted Burger, head chef Jonathan Spiers has compiled his dishes using the South Downs as his personal larder.  

As our spa restaurant, Botanica has a warm, relaxed atmosphere. You’re more than welcome to eat in your robes until the dinner service at 5.45pm.

Opening Times

Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5.30pm 
Friday to Sunday – 8am to 8.30pm

Brunch menu: 8am to 11.30am 
All day dining menu: midday onwards
Dinner menu: Friday to Sunday 6pm onwards (last seating 8.15pm)

From June 1st until September 15th, the dinner menu is available every day of the week.
