What time is check-in and check-out?

We invite all guests to check in from 2pm and check out by 11am.  

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, guests can cancel their room without any charge, up to 7 days before arrival, unless you’re on a special rate where the terms and conditions specify otherwise.  
 
Our Open rate is non-refundable. However, you can transfer to a different date within 12 months if you provide at least 7 days' notice. 
 
Many special rates cannot be cancelled or transferred, so always check your booking before making changes.  

How can I pay for my booking?

We are a cashless hotel so please bring a bank card or smart device for all payments throughout your stay.  

Do you have facilities for children?

Yes, we do! We have cots available for free and Z-beds for children for £25 per night, per child. Learn more about family stays 

Can I bring my dog?

Yes of course. We have a number of dog-friendly rooms and our Tails & Trails package is designed to let dog owners and their furry friends holiday together.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout our hotel, including our Weavers rooms.  

Which train station is closest?

Both Coventry and Nuneaton train stations are around six miles from Ansty House. Visit our Find Us page for more information.  

What is accessibility like at the hotel?

We have a number of accessible rooms on the ground floor within our Weavers area have accessibility access to the main areas including an accessible toilet at Ansty Hall. Click here for more information on accessible stays.  

How many spaces and what facilities do you have in the car park?

We have approximately 100 parking spaces and accessible parking.

What time do you serve breakfast?

We serve breakfast between 6.30am and 9.30am on weekdays, and between 8am and 10.30am on weekends and Bank Holidays. 

Where can we order food during our stay?

You can join us in our restaurant, Woven, for breakfast and dinner. There is also all-day dining in our lounge bar.
