Hyper-local and informal dining
Our restaurant and bar are all about local produce in a relaxed atmosphere, equally suited to a family meal or a working lunch. Pop in for anything from an à la carte breakfast to an award-winning Hillfield G&T to a hearty Sunday roast. (Don’t forget to save some room for one of our cheeseboards!)
We adopt a farm to fork, nose to tail ethos, using only high welfare ingredients sourced locally in Surrey and beyond – or better yet from our own back garden here at Pennyhill Park.
Restaurant opening times
Breakfast:
Monday to Friday - 7am to 10am
Weekends, Bank Holidays and during August - 7am to 10.30am
Dinner: Daily - 6pm to 9pm with last orders by 9.30pm
Sunday lunch: Daily - 12.30pm to 2pm
Bar opening times
Drinks: Daily - 8am to midnight
Dining: Daily - 12pm to 11pm
Afternoon Tea: Daily - 12.30pm to 4.30pm
(Hotel guests can use the bar late into the evening)

To secure your table we require a deposit of £30 per person. Plans do change, so if you have to cancel, just give us 48 hours notice and your deposit will be refunded. Inside 48 hours, the deposit will be retained.

Adam Fisher has been Head Chef at Hillfield since 2023.
A steadfast champion of simple, seasonal food, Adam is classically trained and creates dishes that allow the produce to speak for itself. In 2024, he was a finalist in the Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef of the Year.
