Named after the earliest historic reference to the land, ‘Pennyhillfield’, Hillfield restaurant and bar is a truly hyper-local restaurant that celebrates and showcases the very best of Surrey’s finest produce. Enjoy a relaxed and casual atmosphere whilst enjoying an array of quality food and drink, where provenance and traceability of produce from the Pennyhill Park estate, Surrey Hills and the wider county is at the heart of what we do. There is a particular focus on sustainability, working with farmers who preserve and enhance the landscape with a commitment to high welfare and taking sustainable ethics into the kitchen, with a 'Farm to Fork - Nose to Tail' philosophy seen throughout the menu.

Restaurant
Open all day for breakfast and dinner, Hillfield Restaurant presents recognisable dishes that celebrate the seasons in a relaxed and stylish setting. Less about hotel fine dining, Hillfield has a more relaxed and fun feel to the menu, perfect for couples, friends, families or even a relaxed work meeting over lunch.
Breakfast is available à la carte, whilst dinner services offer a modern British menu including Barracks Farm dry aged côte de boeuf, Windsor Great Park rabbit, and hand-rolled kale pesto pasta. There is also a ‘Surrey Grill’ specials board and traditional Sunday roast platters to feast on. A dedicated cheeseboard is on offer featuring an ever changing selection of local artisanal cheeses and predominately British varieties. The ‘Hillfield Young Farmers’ menu ensures the littlest of guests are not forgotten with some delicious options just for them.
Sunday Feast
Gather friends and family for a feast not to be missed. Enjoy a buffet of starters before your meat, fish or veggie main, served with family-style vegetables. Saving the best till last... a choice of tasty dessert!
